Zusammenfassung: | The method involves cutting a source material (3) i.e. stainless steel film, of a base plate using a laser beam (4) from a remote laser system (2). The base plate is reworked after cutting, where the rework includes melting cutting edges of the base plate to smooth the edges and cleaning the base plate. The rework is performed using a laser beam processing and/or by electron beam processing on a surface area of the base plate arranged in a vacuum chamber, where the laser beam is provided by a beam deflection unit (5). The base plate is cleaned and welded to a bipolar plate. An independent claim is also included for a device for manufacturing a base plate, comprising a remote laser system.
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Grundplatte (1) für eine Bipolarplatte einer Brennstoffzelle. Erfindungsgemäß wird die Grundplatte (1) mittels Remote-Laserschneiden aus einem Ausgangsmaterial (3) ausgeschnitten. Des Weiteren betrifft die Erfindung eine Vorrichtung zum Herstellen einer Grundplatte (1) für eine Bipolarplatte einer Brennstoffzelle. |
