Zusammenfassung:Pharmaceutical preparation comprises 12-imidazolyl-1-dodecanol or its salt. ACTIVITY : Immunosuppressive; Antiinflammatory; Hepatotropic; Gastrointestinal-Gen.; Antiulcer. MECHANISM OF ACTION : Cytochrome P450 2E1 (CYP2E1) inhibitor. The CYP2E1 inhibiting activity of the preparation was tested in microsomes of rat using para-nitrophenol hydroxylation assay. The results showed that imidazolyl-dodecanol exhibited an IC 50value of 727.06 nM. Pharmazeutisches Präparat enthaltend 12-Imidazolyl-1-dodecanol oder ein pharmazeutisch akzeptables Salz davon zur Behandlung einer Autoimmunerkrankung.
