Zusammenfassung:The method involves driving a nail (3) into components (1, 2) with high speed by a stud driver (4) e.g. captive bolt device or powder cartridge, where the nail comprises a nail head, a nail shaft and a drive pin tip. Sound emissions, which are developed during connecting process, of the components are detected by an acoustic sensor e.g. airborne sound microphone (5) and impact sound sensor (6). The emissions are evaluated as process data by the sensor that is mechanically connected with the stud driver. An independent claim is also included for a device for monitoring a high-speed connecting process for connecting two components. Die Erfindung betrifft Verfahren zum Überwachen eines Hochgeschwindgkeits-Fügeprozesses zum Verbinden mindestens zweier Bauteile (1, 2) mittels eines Nagels (3), der mit hoher Geschwindigkeit mittels eines Bolzensetzgerätes (4) in die Bauteile (1, 2) eingetrieben wird. Erfindungsgemäß werden die wähen mittels wenigstens einem akustischen Sensor (5, 6) detektiert und als Prozessdaten ausgewertet.
