Zusammenfassung: | The electrode for electrical heating of a glass melt in a glass melting furnace or a channel in which the electrodes are guided from above and/or from below through the refractory wall material and to the transmission of the electric current immerge into the glass melt, comprises a 2-in-1 electrode assembly from a concentric stick electrode (5) running parallel to each other and a tubular electrode (6). The stick electrode and the tubular electrode of the 2-in-1 electrode assembly are galvanically separated by a non-metallic isolation (7). The electrode for electrical heating of a glass melt in a glass melting furnace or a channel in which the electrodes are guided from above and/or from below through the refractory wall material and to the transmission of the electric current immerge into the glass melt, comprises a 2-in-1 electrode assembly from a concentric stick electrode (5) running parallel to each other and a tubular electrode (6). The stick electrode and the tubular electrode of the 2-in-1 electrode assembly are galvanically separated by a non-metallic isolation (7) and although not only in the area in which the non-metallic isolation passes concentric to each other above the tubular electrode, which is not mandatory indispensable. The stick- and the tubular electrodes are surrounded with coaxial layers from a suitable thin-walled metal. The 2-in-1 electrode assembly is surrounded by ribs cooler (10) and/or water cooler (9). The quotients of the vertical light distance of the tube- to the stick electrode divided by the horizontal light distance of the stick electrode to the tubular electrode is less than 0.5. The ratio of the diameter of the stick electrode to the diameter of the tubular electrode lies in a range of 0.1-0.8. An independent claim is included for a method for electrical heating of a glass melt.
Die Erfindung betrifft eine konzentrisch zueinander verlaufende 2- in -1 Elektrodenbaugruppe, bestehend aus einer Stab- und Rohrelektrode, zur elektrischen Beheizung von Glas bzw. E-Glas, sowie borfreien E-Glas in einer Glasschmelzwanne und/oder einem Hauptkanal. Weiterhin betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zum Beheizen von Glas, bei dem die 2- in -1 Elektrodenbaugruppen so angeordnet sind, dass die zugeführte elektrische Energie in einem definierten Volumen in verschiedenen vertikalen Höhen umgesetzt wird. |
