Zusammenfassung:The centrifugal casting method for producing lightweight construction gear wheel (50), comprises introducing a mold body (60, 62) into a rotational mold and closing the rotational mold, steadily increasing the speed of the rotational mold with simultaneous introduction of a melt alloy through an inlet of the rotational mold, region-wise cooling the rotational mold, and opening the rotational mold and/or removing the lightweight construction gear wheel after the region-wise solidification of the melt alloy. The centrifugal casting method for producing lightweight construction gear wheel (50), comprises introducing a mold body (60, 62) into a rotational mold and closing the rotational mold, steadily increasing the speed of the rotational mold with simultaneous introduction of a melt alloy through an inlet of the rotational mold, region-wise cooling the rotational mold, and opening the rotational mold and/or removing the lightweight construction gear wheel after the region-wise solidification of the melt alloy. The speed of the rotational mold increases until its gear geometry formed in an area is adjusted to an acceleration value of 5-120 g, to solidify the melt alloy to a very pure, highly compressed and mechanically highly resistant structure. The method comprises initially supplying mechanically highly resistant melt alloy and then a mechanically low resistant melt alloy to the rotational mold. The lightweight construction gear wheel having high dimensional stability, is subjected to a mechanical and/or thermal post treatment such as a hardening process and/or a fine hardening treatment, after removing from the rotational mold.
