A water feed line (6) supplies water into a region of the fan wheel, and a concave body (5) revolves with the shaft. A profile pipe (7) e.g. closed tube profile and channel, with an outlet opening (8) is provided between the concave body and a heating surface (14), rotates against the heating surface and is arranged at a distance (19) from the heating surface. The profile pipe has two guiding parts that are arranged at an angle to each other.
