Zusammenfassung:	The pane i.e. laminated glass pane (10), has an inner pane element (14) and an outer pane element (18) turned to an inner area (12) and an outer side (16) of a motor vehicle, respectively. A foil (20) i.e. suspended particle device (SPD) foil, adjusts light permeability of the pane and is positioned in defined reference position by a positioning frame (28) that is imprinted on the inner and/or outer pane element. The positioning frame surrounds an edge area of the foil in sections, where thickness of the positioning frame corresponds to thickness of the foil.
