The element i.e. decoration chimney (1), has a combustion chamber in which fire is appeared, where the element is combined with an auxiliary heater that increases the heating capacity/heating radiation. The chamber is combined with a heating body i.e. base (1a), which is operated by a fluid heating medium e.g. water and oil, where the element is operated with an electrical heater. The chamber is partially integrated in the heating body. The heating body is formed from a plate-heating body or a tube radiator and has two outer and inner sleeves (2, 3) that are pushed into each other.
