Zusammenfassung:	The device (1) has a display (2) that is smaller than another display and exchangeable against the latter display. A display moving device moves the former display from a display device position. Information to a user of a motor vehicle is displayable on the former display in the device position. The moving device moves the latter display into the device position. The moving device exhibits an axis of rotation, where the displays are rotatable for exchange of the former display. The displays in the device position are readable by a driver through a steering wheel of the motor vehicle. An independent claim is also included for a method for exchanging a display against another display of a display device. Eine Anzeigevorrichtung für ein Fahrzeug weist ein erstes Display und ein zweites Display auf, wobei das erste Display kleiner ist als das zweite Display. Das erste Display ist gegen das zweite Display austauschbar.
