A carriage body is provided for supporting a drive system e.g. engine, transmission and parts of engine or transmission. The supporting plate exhibits different large fiber portions when viewed over a cross-section and/or a surface and provided with reinforcing ribs (5.1) or other projections, where the ribs or projections include high portion of fibers relative to remaining supporting plate.
