The system has a damping element (3) fastened to a coil spring (1) at a connecting point (8) such that baffle plates (7) e.g. fins or projections, arranged at the damping element shift motion of fluid (9) e.g. hydraulic fluid, during deformation of the spring. The damping element has a spiral-like, helical structure, so that the baffle plates of the damping element are moved toward a coil spring axis (2) during deformation of the coil spring. The damping element is pivotable into the coil spring, where the damping element and/or the baffle plates consist of plastic. Feder-Dämpfer-System, insbesondere in einer hydraulischen Vorrichtung, mit einer Feder, einem Dämpfungselement und einem Fluid.
