Zusammenfassung: | The generative method for series production of metallic component, comprises reading a 3-D computer-aided design (CAD) data set containing the geometry and material distribution of the component to be manufactured, selecting a metallic base body (1), developing and/or mounting a local geometry on the metallic base body by an additive process, optionally precision processing through a wearing out process and carrying out a local heat treatment. The additive process comprises selective laser sintering and/or 3-D printing. The generative method for series production of metallic component, comprises reading a 3-D computer-aided design (CAD) data set containing the geometry and material distribution of the component to be manufactured, selecting a metallic base body (1), developing and/or mounting a local geometry on the metallic base body by an additive process, optionally precision processing through a wearing out process, and carrying out a local heat treatment. The additive process comprises selective laser sintering and/or 3-D printing. The selection of the metallic base body is taken from a group of standardized basic geometry. The metallic base is made of different material as the material used in the additive process. In the additive process, different materials and binders (5) are used. The additive process carries out a precision processing in an intermediate stage. Independent claims are included for: (1) a device for series production of metallic components; and (2) a metallic component.
Die Erfindung betrifft ein generatives Verfahren zur Serienfertigung eines metallischen Bauteils, umfassend die Schritte: a) Einlesen mindestens eines 3D-CAD-Datensatzes, enthaltend die Geometrie und die Werkstoffverteilung des zu fertigenden Bauteils, b) Auswahl mindestens eines metallischen Grundkörpers, c) Aufbau und/oder Abbau mindestens einer lokalen Geometrie an den metallischen Grundkörper durch einen additiven Prozess und d) gegebenenfalls Feinbearbeitung, insbesondere Präzisionsbearbeitung, durch einen abtragenden Prozess, sowie eine Vorrichtung zur Ausführung des Verfahrens und ein metallisches Bauteil, bei dem die Werkstoffe des metallischen Grundkörpers und der lokalen Geometrie unterschiedlich sind. |
