Zusammenfassung:	The arrangement (10b) has a tapered shaft attached to a head part (18), and a thread part (26) provided in a metallic component of an automobile. A conical stud (12) passes through a receiving opening of an intermediate piece (14b) that is arranged in a passage opening of the metallic component. Sealing bellows (30) have ends attached to the conical stud and/or the intermediate piece, where the intermediate piece has a recess (60) with peripheral surfaces that are formed as contact surfaces (62) for the sealing bellows. Die Erfindung betrifft eine Befestigungsanordnung (10b) eines Kegelzapfens (12) mit einem Kopfteil (18), einem sich daran anschließenden kegelförmigen Schaft und einem Gewindeteil (26) in einem Metallbauteil eines Kraftwagens, wobei der Kegelzapfen (12) eine Aufnahmeöffnung eines Zwischenstückes (14b) durchsetzt, welches in einer Durchtrittsöffnung des Metallbauteils angeordnet ist, wobei ferner ein Ende eines Dichtbalgs (30) am Schaft (12) bzw. Zwischenstück (14b) angebracht ist, wobei das Zwischenstück (14b) außenseitig einen Absatz aufweist, dessen Umfangsfläche als Lauffläche (60) für den Dichtbalg (30) ausgebildet ist.
