Zusammenfassung:The arrangement (30) has a carrier element (32) provided in shell construction with an outer shell (34) and an inner shell (36), which are connected with each other by respective flange areas (38), where the outer shell is formed as a tailored-strip-component. The tailored-strip-component has a center region (46) and two boundary regions (42, 44) transverse to its extending direction, where the center region exhibits a smaller firmness than the boundary regions. The element is formed as a longitudinal beam of a motor vehicle body. The center region is formed from a low-firm steel sheet.
