Zusammenfassung:	The medical instrument comprises a hand attachment, a hand piece, a drill head and a boring head (10) for a drill, particularly diamond drill. The boring head has a shaft (15) which is formed as a tubular, elongated body (27) with two ends (28). The shaft has a sleeve (16) over which the shaft is fastened to the hand piece. The sleeve has a fixing unit (17) which comprises a rubber ring. Independent claims are also included for: (1) a device for a medical instrument; and (2) a method for bone grafting, particularly dental applications. Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein medizinisches Instrumentarium, insbesondere für zahnmedizinische Anwendungen, und ein Verfahren zum Knochenaufbau unter Verwendung des medizinischen Instrumentariums, sowie der Knochenzüchtung für einen ortsständigen Knochen der zur Transplantation geeignet ist. Weiter wird eine für ein derartiges medizinisches Instrumentarium geeignete Box beansprucht, die insbesondere für den Transport und die Bereitstellung eines derartigen medizinischen Instrumentariums geeignet ist.
