Zusammenfassung:The method involves producing a mold (1) based on a three-dimensional dataset that is provided via a standard interface of a computer-aided construction program e.g. CAD. The mold is produced in layers by selective laser sintering using a laser e.g. carbondioxide laser. The program is provided in a surface tessellation language format. A feed material is applied as a layer with thickness in the range of 0.001 mm to 0.2 mm, on a platform using a roller. The layer is sintered by controlling laser beams corresponding to contour of a component. An independent claim is also included for a device for manufacturing a mold. Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Schablone (1), wobei die Schablone (1) anhand eines 3-D-Datensatzes in einem werkzeuglosen Fertigungsverfahren erzeugt wird.
