The method involves providing a material processing device (1), and providing physiological data of a user of an individual spectacle frame. The spectacle frame is configured based on the physiological data of the user, where the spectacle frame is provided with an internal channel. The spectacle frame is manufactured according to the configuration of the spectacle frame by uniformly arranging materials (22, 24) in layers using the material processing device, where the materials include plastic material and/or metal. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a computer program product having instructions to perform a method for manufacturing an individual spectacle frame (2) a spectacle frame manufacturing device including a material processing device. Zusammengefaßt betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung ein Verfahren zum Herstellen einer individuellen Brillenfassung mit den Schritten: - Bereitstellen eines Werkstoffverarbeitungsgerätes (1); - Bereitstellen physiologischer Daten des Benutzers der individuellen Brillenfassung; - Konfigurieren der individuellen Brillenfassung unter Berücksichtigung der physiologischen Daten des Benutzers der individuellen Brillenfassung und - Herstellen der individuellen Brillenfassung gemäß der Konfiguration der individuellen Brillenfassung durch einheitenweises Anordnen zumindest eines Werkstoffes (22, 24, 32) mittels des Werkstoffverarbeitungsgerätes (1) sowie ein Computerprogrammprodukt, eine Verwendung und ein Brillenfassungsherstellungsgerät.
