The spring washer has a magnetic head (2), which contains an electric coil (19), a magnetic circuit unit (25) with a yoke (26), an inner core (27), a permanent magnet (28) and an outer core (29), where a manual actuation unit (40) opens or closes a valve seat (10) in a selective manner. Das bistabile Ventil ist für gasförmige und flüssige Medien vorgesehen und umfasst einen Ventilkörper, einen Magnetkopf mit einer Elektrospule und einer Magnetkreiseinheit sowie eine manuelle Betätigung.
