Zusammenfassung: | The measurement device i.e. rotary encoder (100), has a cylindrical oscillation mass (120) attached to an elastic element i.e. plastic pad (110). The elastic element and the vibration mass are designed such that an oscillation system is formed, where resonance frequency of the oscillation system complements frequency of a servo motor (200). The elastic element is connected to the measurement device using a connection element i.e. screw (130). The connection element is provided with a tool retainer (131) e.g. hexagonal recess. A vibration damper (105) is connected to the measurement device.
