Zusammenfassung:	The device e.g. plain 4-sided bag (1), has bag surfaces (2, 3) welded with each other by welding seams (4-7). A dermal interface (8) i.e. microneedle array, is directly attached to or inserted into or molded in one of the surfaces (2). The interface is non-detachably connected with the bag. A chamber provides a channel for fluidic connection of another chamber containing substance with the interface. The seams separate the chambers from each other. A holding device fixes the bag and/or the interface on a skin of a patient. The interface includes an opening facing away from the skin. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a device for storage and dermal application of liquid substance.
