The releasing unit (1) has a piston (3) axially movable against a housing (2), and a flange element (7) connected with an inner ring (5.1) of a throw-out bearing (5), where the inner ring is fixed in the piston. A magnet (8) is fixed to an axially aligned surface (7.1) of the flange element by clipping and/or gluing, and a sensor element (9) is fixed at the housing, where the magnet is encased with plastic. The flange element exhibits form elements into which corresponding form elements of the magnet or the plastic casing of the magnet are engaged.
