Zusammenfassung: | The exhaust gas turbo charger, comprises a turbine wheel (2), and a shaft (1) carrying a compressor wheel, where the turbine wheel and the compressor wheel are connected with the shaft, and the turbine wheel and/or the compressor wheel are/is welded to the shaft using a fiber laser (3) over an annular surface (5) and pressed with the shaft. A depth/width ratio of the welded joint between the turbine wheel/compressor wheel and the shaft is 10-20. The welded joint made by the fiber laser has a breadth of less than 0.3 mm, and a heat-affected zone of less than 100 mu m. The exhaust gas turbo charger, comprises a turbine wheel (2), and a shaft (1) carrying a compressor wheel, where the turbine wheel and the compressor wheel are connected with the shaft, and the turbine wheel and/or the compressor wheel are/is welded to the shaft using a fiber laser (3) over an annular surface (5) and pressed with the shaft. Die Erfindung betrifft eine Ladeeinrichtung, insbesondere einen Abgasturbolader für ein Kraftfahrzeug, mit einer ein Turbinenrad (2) und ein Verdichterrad tragenden Welle (1), wobei das Turbinenrad (2) und das Verdichterrad drehfest mit der Welle (1) verbunden sind. Erfindungswesentlich ist dabei, dass das Turbinenrad (2) und/oder das Verdichterrad unter Einsatz eines Faserlasers (3) mit der Welle (1) verschweißt sind/ist. |
