The multi-layered, deep-drawn molded part (1) comprises a thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO)-film (3) as a covering layer, which is fixedly arranged on a carrier layer. The TPO-film comprises a polymer fiber mat as the carrier layer (7). The TPO-film is arranged on a further support layer (9) such as a support fiber mat. The support layer and carrier layer of the TPO film are chemically or materially similar and are polymer fiber mats. A TPO-material (5) is coated on the support layer by calendering for manufacturing the TPO-film. The carrier layer has a surface weight of 80 g/m 2>. The multi-layered, deep-drawn molded part (1) comprises a thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO)-film (3) as a covering layer, which is fixedly arranged on a carrier layer. The TPO-film comprises a polymer fiber mat as the carrier layer (7). The TPO-film is arranged on a further support layer (9) such as a support fiber mat. The support layer and carrier layer of the TPO film are chemically or materially similar and are polymer fiber mats. A TPO-material (5) is coated on the support layer by calendering for manufacturing the TPO-film. The carrier layer has a surface weight of 80 g/m 2>that is lower than that of the support layer, which is 450-550 g/m 2>. A binder is present between the carrier layer and the support layer. The TPO-film is arranged on a base layer below the intermediate layer of the support layer. A further binder is present between the support layer and the base layer. The surface weight of the TPO-film is 650 g/m 2>. The carrier layer and/or support layer is/are made of low-melting polyester fibers. The binder is polyethylene powder, binding film or mechanical compound. The base layer is a polymer fiber mat or polyethylene-/polypropylene mixed fiber mat. The support layer is a two-component fiber mat such as polyester layer. An independent claim is included for a method for manufacturing a deep-drawn textile- and robust flooring molded part.
