The wiping element comprises two wiping lips (44, 46) and a carrier element (42) connected with the wiping lips. The tilting bar is fastened to the carrier element. The wiping lips exhibit a skew relative to the carrier element in an unloaded condition of the wiper strip. The wiping lips are arranged with respect to the carrier element in an angle (48) less than or equal to 70 degrees.
