Zusammenfassung:	The device has a fixed rail wheel (7) and a pivotable road wheel (6) arranged at a longitudinal control arm suspension (1) of a vehicle. A suspension is arranged at a drive and suspension module (4), and the road wheel is larger than the fixed rail wheel. A transverse guidance wheel is arranged at the suspension, and electric energy is transferable to the vehicle from a rail. A friction lining is arranged at an under body of the vehicle. The road wheel is connected by a guidable wheel carrier (14) with a longitudinal control arm (3), so that the vehicle is guidable in a normal road operation. Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung (2) zum Betrieb eines Fahrzeugs sowohl auf einer Straße als auch auf einer Schiene (8). Erfindungsgemäß ist an mindestens einer Längslenkeraufhängung (1) des Fahrzeugs jeweils ein feststehendes Schienenrad (7) und ein schwenkbares Straßenrad (6) angeordnet.
