Zusammenfassung: | The method involves inserting a sheet workpiece into a molding tool at a temperature of 50 degree to 1000 degree and forming the workpiece by the tool, where retention period of the workpiece spent in the tool averages to 1 to 20 seconds. Heat is extracted from the workpiece during the retention period spent in the tool so that the workpiece leaves the tool at a temperature of 20 degree to 600 degree. Alloy elements are made of manganese, aluminum, carbon, silicon, titanium, tungsten, niobium, chromium, nickel, vanadium nitride and boron.
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Umformung von Blechwerkstücken aus Eisen-Mangan-Stahl. Es ist vorgesehen, dass ein Blechwerkstück mit einer Temperatur von 50°C bis 1000°C in ein Formwerkzeug eingelegt wird und von diesem Formwerkzeug umgeformt wird, wobei die Verweildauer des Werkstücks im Formwerkzeug 1 bis 20 s beträgt. |
