Zusammenfassung: | The method comprises manufacturing a housing component (11) in a die-casting mold in a die-casting process and forming an internal channel (12) by a pipe (13), which is embedded into the housing component. The pipe: has a size on the region, which is held between close and retaining surfaces of the mold; and is formed from such a metal material, which has a smaller hardness and larger ductility as the mold and by which the mold between their close and retaining surfaces, between which the pipe is present during molding, is ductile under adjustment and sealing of a mold chamber. The method comprises manufacturing a housing component (11) in a die-casting mold in a die-casting process and forming an internal channel (12) by a pipe (13), which is embedded into the housing component. The pipe: has a size on the region, which is held between close and retaining surfaces of the mold; is formed from such a metal material, which has a smaller hardness and larger ductility as the mold and by which the mold between their close and retaining surfaces, between which the pipe is present during molding, is ductile under adjustment and sealing of a mold chamber; is melted on its exterior during the molding of the injected material for the housing component; is preformed with respect to its geometry; is inserted into the mold and held between their close and retaining surfaces. The tubing material has a high melting point greater than the material of the housing component. The pipe has a wall thickness of 1.5 mm, an external diameter of 10 mm and an internal diameter of 7 mm at pipe-ends and comprises circular cross section at the pipe-ends. The pipe is formed from preformed, closed or open coil or sheets, e.g. circular, elliptical, U-shaped or semicircle arcs. The ends of pipe: lock with the housing component; are aligned in a distance from an exterior surface (14) of the housing component to the end; are intended with pipe stubs (15, 16), which comprises the internal channel and are attached to the internal channel of the pipe ends in a transition-free and diameter variation-free manner; and are kept sealed during the molding by inserted thorns or between the close and retaining surfaces. The internal channel of the pipe stub extends outwardly to the pipe ends. The thorns form the internal channel and the molding of the outer contour and exterior surfaces of the pipe stubs takes place via the die-casting mold. The thorns form a receiving chamber for the pipe stub in the |
