Zusammenfassung: | The method comprises mixing powdered metal particles (2) and powdered non-metallic solid particles (1) with one another and then hot isostatically pressing (6) in an inert gas atmosphere, so that the metal forms a matrix for the non-metallic solid particles. The powder mixture (3) made of metal particles and non-metallic solid particles is subjected to a temperature treatment (5) in a reducing atmosphere from hydrogen or mixtures of hydrogen with inert gases, noble gases, methane and/or other volatile alkanes before hot-isostatic pressing, and is precompressed to a porous blank. The method comprises mixing powdered metal particles (2) and powdered non-metallic solid particles (1) with one another and then hot isostatically pressing (6) in an inert gas atmosphere, so that the metal forms a matrix for the non-metallic solid particles. The powder mixture (3) made of metal particles and non-metallic solid particles is subjected to a temperature treatment (5) in a reducing atmosphere from hydrogen or mixtures of hydrogen with inert gases, noble gases, methane and/or other volatile alkanes before hot-isostatic pressing, and is precompressed to a porous blank, which is subjected to the temperature treatment. The maximum temperature during the temperature treatment is smaller than a melting point temperature of the metal powder forming the matrix. The blank is exactly pressed into a capsule, which has a bore in the capsule wall. The metal particles and non-metallic solid particles have grain sizes. The metal powder is steel powder. An independent claim is included for a standard sample for the calibration of analysis devices for determining non-metallic inclusions in metals.
