Zusammenfassung: | The rechargeable lithium-ion cell has anode material and cathode material, which are separated from each other by a surface layer covering the anode and cathode material. The surface layer is obtained by coating and drying dispersion. The surface layer comprises 70 to 80 percent by weight of an inorganic substance, 10 to 20 percent by weight of a polymer and 1 to 20 percent by weight of an additive, particularly a processing aid. The anode material comprises lithium of intercalatable, nano-structured carbon modification, particularly graphite. The conducting salt is a lithium organoborate. An independent claim is included for a method for manufacturing a rechargeable lithium-ion cell.
Die Erfindung betrifft Lithiumionenzellen und Verfahren zur Herstellung derselben, bei denen ohne zusätzliche Separatorfolie Anoden- und/oder Kathodenmassen mit einer modifizierten Deckschicht versehen sind und zu einem wirksamen, elektrischen Energie speichernden Verbundsystem zusammengefügt werden und die verwendeten aktiven Elektrodenmassen bevorzugt aus nanostrukturierten interkalierbaren Partikeln bestehen. |
