The unit has a U-shaped carrier element (1) e.g. hook, comprising openings (5, 5') for accommodating an article to be fixed, and a C-shaped holder (2) connected with the carrier element. The holder has U-shaped and S-shaped clamps (3, 4) for reversible fixing at a fixed retaining fixture. The clamps have recesses for hanging up in the fixture, and the S-shaped clamp has a spring effect, so that the fixing unit is fixed at the fixture by a clamping effect, where the fixing unit is formed of plastic.
