Zusammenfassung:The glass substrate (1) useful in composite material for solar module, solar receiver or shield attachments, comprises a sol-gel-layer formed as porous single layered anti-reflexion coating (4), and a barrier layer (3) arranged between the sol-gel-layer and the substrate. The barrier layer has a thickness of 10-35 nm. The sol-gel-layer has a refraction index of less than 1.30. The substrate has a lime-sodium glass, a structured glass pane or iron-poor glass. Independent claims are included for: (1) a composite material having glass substrate (2) a method for the production of composite material; and (3) a method for bringing a sol-gel-layer. Die Erfindung betrifft ein Substrat mit einer Sol-Gel-Schicht sowie ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Verbundmaterials, wobei zwischen der Sol-Gel-Schicht und dem Substrat eine Barriereschicht angeordnet ist.
