The connection system for any plate shaped micro-components (2) in which structures exist itself, which form a guiding system for fluid, gaseous and/or liquid material, with a line connection, which ends in one of the abutting face, comprises a connection coupling, which surrounds the microcomponent to be connected on a flat side in the area of the emerging direction. The connection coupling consists of two leg plates, which are connected by a rear web (15) in rigid manner. The leg plates have holding sections on the side opposite to the rear web and the holding sections jut into an area. The connection coupling consists of two leg plates, which are connected by a rear web (15) in rigid manner. The leg plates have holding sections on the side opposite to the rear web and the holding sections jut into an area, which is formed by the leg plates. The holding sections form a slit (16) in which the microcomponents are interpolated. The connection coupling is led by geometrical structures on the flat side of the microcomponents so that the connection coupling is embarrassed in twisting and shifting vertically to the flat side and to the connection side. Internal threads exist itself in the rear web. Tube connections (7) of the type are screwed in the internal threads and the sealing surface of the tube connections seals the tube (3) on the connection side. The contact pressure for sealing is subjected through the starting torque on the tube connections. The counter force is developed through the distortion of the arrangement of the connection coupling, micro-components and connection tube. The uniform connection area exists itself on one of the front side. The connection area possesses a conical sealing area on the line connection.
