The device has a chemical reactor (108), where a gas supply line (104) is provided and in which a preparation process is experienced with blow by gases. A technically completed construction unit area (105) is connected to a gas supply line. A heating unit (114) is provided in the process of the gas supply line in which the blow by gases is heated before entering in the chemical reactor.
