The amount of apio galacturonan or apio galacturonan having extract of Zostera marina is 0.0001-10.0 wt.%, particularly 0.001-5.0 or 0.01-4.0 wt.%, and the amount of one or multiple mono or polyvalent alcohols is 0.001-10.0 wt.%, particularly 0.05-5.0 or 0.01-2.0 wt.%. ACTIVITY : Dermatological. MECHANISM OF ACTION : None given.
