The sealing element (1) is made of a flexible ductile material (2) such as polymer material, where the material is provided with non-magnetic metallic powder and/or non-magnetic metallic fibers (3) at predetermined positions. The material is provided with metallic powder and/or metallic fibers over entire length of the sealing element, where the metallic powder and/or metallic fibers are coated or totally enclosed. The material consisting of thermoplastic, thermosetting polymer or elastomer is processed by injection molding, extrusion or pressure. An independent claim is also included for a device for transporting and/or positioning a flexible component i.e. sealing element.
