Zusammenfassung: | The procedure for the connection of joining parts through adhesion useful in auto body construction, comprises applying an adhesive on an adhesive surface at a joining part, bringing and fixing the joining parts together in a desired joining position and forming an adhesive layer (13) between the adhesive surfaces of the joining parts, and hardening the adhesive layer by partially supplying heat in the adhesive layer, in which focused laser beam (19) is directed on the adhesive layer. The laser beam is moved between the joining positions and switched off during moving. The procedure for the connection of joining parts through adhesion useful in auto body construction, comprises applying an adhesive on an adhesive surface at a joining part, bringing and fixing the joining parts together in a desired joining position and forming an adhesive layer (13) between the adhesive surfaces of the joining parts, and hardening the adhesive layer by partially supplying heat in the adhesive layer, in which focused laser beam (19) is directed on the adhesive layer. The laser beam is moved between the joining positions and switched off during moving. The warm entry is driven into the adhesive layer at the joining position. The process time of the laser beam is driven at the joining position. The power of the laser beam is reduced during moving between two joining positions. The distribution of the heat conduction is predetermined over the adhesive layer and a laser head (15) emitting the laser beam is actuated corresponding to the distribution. The laser head is led by a robot along the adhesive layer. The laser beam arranged between the two joining positions on the surface of the joining parts, in which the laser beam in the laser head is actuated by deflection unit.
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Verbinden von Fügeteilen durch Kleben mit folgenden Verfahrensschritten: Auftragen eines Klebstoffes auf mindestens eine Klebefläche an mindestens einem Fügeteil; Zueinanderbringen und Fixieren der Fügeteile in einer gewünschten Fügelage und Ausbilden einer Klebschicht zwischen den Klebflächen der Fügeteile und Verfestigen der Klebschicht, indem in die Klebschicht partiell Wärme eingebracht wird. Die Erfindung ermöglicht es, mit geringem Aufwand an Kosten und Material eine hinsichtlich Festigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit verbesserte Verbindung zwischen Fügeteilen zu schaffen. |
