Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren sowie eine Vorrichtung zur beidseitigen Beschichtung und Glättung einer Papier-, Karton- oder einer anderen Faserstoffbahn (1) in einer Maschine zur Herstellung und/oder Veredlung derselben. Dabei soll ein möglichst gutes Glättergebnis bei ausreichender Endfeuchte der Faserstoffbahn (1) dadurch erreicht werden, dass zuerst eine Seite der Faserstoffbahn (1) beschichtet und anschließend geglättet und danach die andere Seite der Faserstoffbahn (1) beschichtet und nachfolgend geglättet wird, wobei die zuletzt beschichtete Seite von ihrer Beschichtung befeuchtet wird. |
