Double-sided coating and smoothing of paper-, cardboard- or other fibrous material web in a machine for its production and/or refinement, by coating first- and second side of material web and smoothing the sides of the material web

The method for double-sided coating and smoothing of a paper-, a cardboard- or other fibrous material web (1) in a machine for its production and/or refinement, comprises coating a first- and second side of the fibrous material web and then smoothing the sides of the material web. The sides of the material web are moistened with stream and/or water before smoothing. The material web is smoothed after the coating of the second side in a short roller gap. The press pressure in the roller gap is separately adjustable in several zones vertical to the moving direction of the web. The method for double-sided coating and smoothing of a paper-, a cardboard- or other fibrous material web (1) in a machine for its production and/or refinement, comprises coating a first- and second side of the fibrous material web and then smoothing the sides of the material web. The sides of the material web are moistened with stream and/or water before smoothing. The material web is smoothed after the coating of the second side in a short roller gap. The press pressure in the roller gap is separately adjustable in several zones vertical to the moving direction of the web. A web line between the moistened and the coated second side of the web is larger as 3 m. The material web is heated during the smoothing in the heated short roller gap having a smoothing surface greater than 220[deg] C. An independent claim is included for a device for double-sided coating and smoothing of a paper-, a cardboard- or other fibrous material web in a machine for its production and/or refinement. Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren sowie eine Vorrichtung zur beidseitigen Beschichtung und Glättung einer Papier-, Karton- oder einer anderen Faserstoffbahn (1) in einer Maschine zur Herstellung und/oder Veredlung derselben. Dabei soll ein möglichst gutes Glättergebnis bei ausreichender Endfeuchte der Faserstoffbahn (1) dadurch erreicht werden, dass zuerst eine Seite der Faserstoffbahn (1) beschichtet und anschließend geglättet und danach die andere Seite der Faserstoffbahn (1) beschichtet und nachfolgend geglättet wird, wobei die zuletzt beschichtete Seite von ihrer Beschichtung befeuchtet wird.
