Die Erfindung betrifft eine Hub-/Drehvorrichtung (2, 22, 32), aufweisend wenigstens eine Aufnahmevorrichtung (4) und wenigstens einen Kombinationsmotor (5) oder Kombinationsantrieb, mit welchem wenigstens die Aufnahmevorrichtung (4) höhenverstellbar und drehbar ist. Die Erfindung betrifft außerdem eine Werkzeug- oder Produktionsmaschine (1, 21) mit einer derartigen Hub-/Drehvorrichtung (2, 22, 32) bzw. die Verwendung einer derartigen Hub-/Drehvorrichtung (2, 22, 32) in oder an einer Werkzeug- oder Produktionsmaschine (1, 21) sowie die Verwendung eines Kombinationsmotors (5) oder Kombinationsantriebs in oder an einer Hub-/Drehvorrichtung (2, 22, 32).
