Zusammenfassung:To give a kinetic support for the movement of a medical radiography assembly, for positioning, determines at least one kinetic support of a manually operated movement of the equipment positioning unit (1100). A kinetic support is generated on the positioning unit in at least one direction. The positioning unit is especially for a radiography assembly with a moving imaging unit (1104) on a static mounting (1100). A sliding unit (1102) between them trips direction switches (1106,1108) by friction.
