Vorzugsweise wird vor dem Strahlungsaustrittsfenster des Bestrahlungsgerätes ein Adapter angeordnet. Ein Lichtwellenleiter ist erfindungsgemäß als leicht auswechselbarer Adapter an ein Strahlungsaustrittsfenster einer Lampe zur Behandlung von Hautkrankheiten angepasst.
