The device for the releasing, holding and placing of a cable guided communication buoy (2) from submarine (1) present under water, has a cable (4), which is provided for the mechanical connection between submarine and communication buoy. A floating body (5) is provided at the cable with distance to the buoy-sided end of the cable. The floating body has a distance to the buoy in released condition, which corresponds to the distance of waves of the sea. Die Einrichtung dient zum Ausbringen, Halten und Einbringen einer kabelgeführten Kommunikationsboje (2) von einem unter Wasser befindlichen Unterseebot (1) aus. Zwischen der Kommunikationsboje (2) und dem Unterseeboot (1) ist ein Kabel (4) vorgesehen, welches die mechanische und datenmäßige Verbindung zwischen der Kommunikationsboje (2) und dem Unterseeboot (1) bildet. Mit Abstand zum bojenseitigen Ende des Kabels (4) ist ein Schwimmkörper (5) am Kabel (4) vorgesehen, der dafür sorgt, dass auf die Kommunikationsboje (2) keine vertikalen Kräfte des Kabels (4) wirken (Figur 1).
