Zusammenfassung:The arrangement for tempering of the sample chamber at microscope for observation of life cell imaging, comprises an objective carrying objective revolver (14), a sample holder for reception of sample, heating- or cooling device with incubator cap for tempering of the sample holder, and objective heating- or objective cooling element. An insulating ring is intended between the objective heating- or objective cooling element and the objective revolver. The insulating ring is a component of the wall of the cylindrical optical carrier (9) and present behind the front lens (11). The arrangement for tempering of the sample chamber at microscope for observation of life cell imaging, comprises an objective carrying objective revolver (14), a sample holder for reception of sample, heating- or cooling device with incubator cap for tempering of the sample holder, and objective heating- or objective cooling element. An insulating ring is intended between the objective heating- or objective cooling element and the objective revolver. The insulating ring is a component of the wall of the cylindrical optical carrier (9) and present behind the front lens (11). The insulating ring is formed in closed manner and consists of individual bars. The width of the insulating ring depends on the used material and lies between 3-7 mm. The insulating ring is integrated in the wall of the cylindrical optical carrier frame (12). A reception thread present at the optical carrier frame for fixing in the objective revolver is formed as insulating ring. The reception thread present at the objective revolver for the reception of the optical carrier frame is formed as insulating ring. The insulating ring consists of material with small heat conductivity value and is entirely optical carrier and/or entirely optical carrier frame. In the sample chamber a temperature sensor is intended, which is connected with a regulating device changing the temperature of the heating device and the temperature of the objective heating element. The insulating ring consists of Tedur (RTM: Polyphenylene sulfide) with heat conductivity of 0.25 W/Km. The insulating ring is formed as detachable adapter. Thread pairings are connected between the insulating ring and the adapter. Multi insulating rings are brought in the wall of the optical carrier and/or in the wall of the optical carrier frame and/or in the reception threads of the optical carrier frame and the objective revolver. Die Erfindung betrifft eine Anordn
