The work piece is attached in the coating orifice. The work piece and an electrode contained in the coating reactor are electrically contactable. The cathodic work piece and the anodic electrode are switchable. The orifice carrier and the orifice insert are detachably connected with one another. The device for electro-chemical coating of work pieces (39), comprises a coating reactor (1), to which an electrolyte is fed and which contains a coating orifice (41) having an orifice carrier (43) and a orifice insert (45) coordinated on the work piece to be coated. The work piece is attached in the coating orifice. The work piece and an electrode contained in the coating reactor are electrically contactable. The cathodic work piece and the anodic electrode are switchable. The orifice carrier and the orifice insert are detachably connected with one another and are made up ceramics, glass or plastic. The orifice insert is fixed in the orifice carrier by a bayonet lock. The anodically switched electrode is made up of a material, which is not dissolved with the electro-chemical coating of the work piece. The electrical contacting of the work piece takes place via a cathode, by which the work piece is held in the orifice insert. The cathode is made from a material, which is not dissolved during the electro-chemical cleaning of the cathode.
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur elektrochemischen Beschichtung von Wrkstücken, umfassend einen Beschichtungsreaktor (1), dem ein Elektrolyt zugeführt wird und der eine Beschichtungsblende (41) enthält, in der das zu beschichtende Werkstück (39) aufgenommen ist, wobei das zu beschichtende Werkstück (39) und eine im Beschichtungsreaktor (1) enthaltene Elektrode (5) so elektrisch kontaktierbar sind, dass das zu beschichtende Werkstück (39) kathodisch und die Elektrode (5) anodisch schaltbar sind. Die Beschichtungsblende (41) umfasst einen Blendenträger (43) und einen auf das zu beschichtende Werkstück (39) abgestimmten Blendeneinsatz (45), die lösbar miteinander verbunden sind. |
