Zusammenfassung: | The unit (10) has a passage opening (14a) arranged in a flat electrically conducting base unit (12), and including a diameter that is smaller than diameter of an electrical conductor. A contact guide (16a) with its free end (18a) is joined to the opening, where the unit is designed as a stamping part. The guide is designed in such a manner that the guide with its free end is connected to the conductor during insertion of the conductor. The unit is manufactured from a flat, rectangular electrically conducting material piece, and the conductor is shifted into the passage opening. An independent claim is also included for a method of plugging an electrical conductor.
Die Patentanmeldung betrifft ein Kontaktelement (10) zum Anschließen eines elektrischen Leiters (30), welches ein flaches elektrisch leitendes Basiselement (12) aufweist, in welchem wenigstens eine Durchtrittsöffnung (14a, 14b, 14c, 14d, 14e, 14f, 14g) angeordnet ist, deren kleinster Durchmesser (15a, 15b, 15c, 15d, 15e, 15f, 15g) kleiner ist als der Durchmesser des elektrischen Leiters (30), und wobei an die Durchtrittsöffnung (14a, 14b, 14c, 14d, 14e, 14f, 14g) wenigstens eine Kontaktzunge (16a, 16b, 16c, 16d, 16e, 16f, 16g) mit ihrem freien Ende (18a, 18b, 18c, 18d, 18e, 18f, 18g) angrenzt, wobei die Kontaktzunge (16a, 16b, 16c, 16d, 16e, 16 f, 16g) derart ausgebildet ist, dass sie sich beim Einschieben eines elektrischen Leiters (30) mit ihrem freien Ende (18a, 18b, 18c, 18d, 18e, 18f, 18g) an den elektrischen Leiter (30) anlegt. |
