Zusammenfassung:The device for the production of soldered heat exchangers with a protective gas atmosphere, exhibits a protective gas cleaning arrangement (90) arranged between a filter unit (130) and a filling from ultra-clean coal and comprising a heating unit and a flow soldering furnace (10), which stands in connection with a protective gas atmosphere of the device. The protective gas cleaning arrangement contains copper, nickel, zinc and/or manganese, and alloys and components of iron and chromium, which react with undesirable inorganic protection gas components. The device for the production of soldered heat exchangers with a protective gas atmosphere, exhibits a protective gas cleaning arrangement (90) arranged between a filter unit (130) and a filling from ultra-clean coal and comprising a heating unit and a flow soldering furnace (10), which stands in connection with a protective gas atmosphere of the device. The protective gas cleaning arrangement contains copper, nickel, zinc and/or manganese, and alloys and components of iron and chromium, which react with undesirable inorganic protection gas components like water, oxygen, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide and/or with undesirable organic protection gas components like binder impurities, residue compounds and/or their cracking product under formation of solid substances. The alloys and components of iron and chromium exist in the form of an iron sponge or iron chip. The protective gas is conducted through the iron sponge or iron chip. An independent claim is included for a procedure for the production of heat exchangers. Die Erfindung betrifft eine Anlage zum Herstellen von gelöteten Bauteilen, insbesondere von Wärmeübertragern, mit einer Schutzgasatmosphäre. Um die Herstellung von gelöteten Bauteilen zu vereinfachen, umfasst die Anlage eine Schutzgasreinigungseinrichtung, die mindestens ein Metall, mindestens eine Metalllegierung und/oder mindestens eine Metallverbindung enthält, die mit unerwünschten anorganischen Schutzgasbestandteilen, wie Wasser, Sauerstoff, Kohlendioxid und Kohlenmonoxid, und/oder mit unerwünschten organischen Schutzgasbestandteilen, wie Binderverunreinigungen, Restölverbindungen und deren Crackprodukten, unter Bildung von Feststoffen reagiert.
