Lighting device e.g. headlight, for motor vehicle, has reflector for reflection of light beams emitted by light sources, where reflector cooperates with light sources for producing light distributions corresponding to standards

The device has light sources (5) for emission of light beams, and a reflector (4) for reflection of the light beams emitted by the light sources. The reflector cooperates with the light sources in such a manner that light distributions are produced corresponding to standards. An adapter unit is provided for insertion of each light source (5), where a part of the reflector is manufactured using a tool comprising a core and a die. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a tool for manufacturing a reflector in a lighting device (2) a method for manufacturing a lighting device for a vehicle. Um eine einen Reflektor (4) und eine Lichtquelle (5) umfassende Beleuchtungseinrichtung (1) für ein Fahrzeug zu schaffen, wobei die Beleuchtungseinrichtung (1) mit möglichst geringem Aufwand an unterschiedliche Vorgaben bezüglich der Lichtverteilung anpassbar ist, wird vorgeschlagen, dass durch Zusammenwirkung des Reflektors (4) mit einer ersten Lichtquelle (5) eine einer ersten Vorgabe entsprechende Lichtverteilung erzeugbar ist und durch Zusammenwirkung des Reflektors (4) mit einer zweiten Lichtquelle (5) eine einer zweiten Vorgabe entsprechende Lichtverteilung erzeugbar ist.
