A bendable taut pipe (10) is provided between a piston (18) and a gas generator (20). A layer of nitrogen particles or combination of nitrogen and carbon particles is formed to sections (13,15) of the inner circumference (10a) of the taut pipe by e.g. nitrating process. An independent claim is also included for a method of manufacturing a taut pipe.
