Zusammenfassung:In surface treatment system for mineral substances and substances with mineral additives comprising (a) pretreatment and (b) second treatment substances and (c) pore fillers, added to or strewn on (a) and/or (b), (a) is an alcoholic-aqueous and/or aqueous solution of modified silicic acid and silicates, including colloidal silicic acid as dispersion colloid; (b) a mixture of alcoholic aqueous solution, modified silicic acid and modified polymeric silicic acid and/or solvent-free polymeric silicic acid; and (c) finely disperse minerals of particle size 5 mu m to 1.25 mm. In surface treatment system for mineral substances and substances with mineral additives comprising (a) pretreatment and (b) second treatment substances and (c) pore fillers, the components are: (a) an alcoholic-aqueous and/or aqueous solution mixture of modified silicic acid and silicates, consisting of 1-50% colloidal silicic acid as dispersion colloid component (I), 0-80% silicic ester as mono- and/or polysilicic ester, 0-90% potassium or sodium methylsiliconate, 0-90% alkali silicate and water and treated with 0.01-80% alcohol (preferably ethanol), 0-22% carboxymethylcellulose and/or 0-35% unsaturated fatty acid or ester component (II) and 0-35% organic and/or inorganic pigment, fluorescent or signal pigment component (III); (b) a mixture of alcoholic-aqueous solution, modified silicic acid and modified polymeric silicic acid and/or solvent-free polymeric silicic acid, consisting of 1-49% (I), 0.5-80% alkylalkoxysilane, treated with 0-80% alcohol, and charged with 0.1-35% (II), 0-35% (III) and/or 0-25% dissolved organic polymers, preferably polyurethanes and/or polymethacrylates, and water, together with 0-3.5% emulsifier used to prepare the emulsion; and (c) finely disperse minerals of particle size 5 mu m to 1.25 mm, which preferably consist of silicates, limestone, dolomite, basalt, kieselguhr, borosilicate, serpentine fines, rhyolite fines, amphibolite fines or rock fines containing nepheline, e.g. phonolite, which have over 5% pores and a structural pore diameter of over 20.0 mu m and are added to or strewn on (a) and/or (b). An independent claim is included for a process for surface treatment of mineral substances and substances with mineral additives by means of the surface treatment system.
