Zusammenfassung: | The extrusion of viscous elastomers on substrate (2), comprises placing plasticized elastomer adhesive on substrate as profile strand by nozzle (8) and supplying degassed (5)- and non-vulcanized rubber and/or ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber materials as a continuous strand to feeding unit upstream to the nozzle. The rubber material is in-situ vulcanized after placing the adhesive on the substrate. The feeding unit is firmly or movably arranged with the nozzle and is led along the nozzle for placing the profile strand in a given course. The extrusion of viscous elastomers on substrates, comprises placing plasticized elastomer adhesive on substrate (2) as profile strand by nozzle (8) and supplying degassed (5)- and non-vulcanized rubber and/or ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber materials as a continuous strand to feeding unit upstream to the nozzle. The rubber material is in-situ vulcanized after placing the adhesive on the substrate. The feeding unit is firmly or movably arranged with the nozzle and is led along the nozzle for placing the profile strand in a given course. The continuous strand is arranged between plasticizing unit and the feeding unit and led over a limited section with independent and variable length to balance fluctuations of the mass flow and led over a movable roller to create a buffer area for length fluctuations. A high-pressure gear- or screw pump (7) is used as feeding unit and is blocked by an extrusion nozzle. The dip height of the strand in the area of the independent guidance is measured constantly by a measurement device. The signals of the measurement device are used for controlling momentary buffer length of the strand. The strand in the area of the independent guidance is controlled and stopped by a guidance device. The strand of the feeding unit is fed through a flexible longitudinal guidance encasing the strand without any application of pressure. The longitudinal guidance is built by a coil spring with an inside diameter larger than the cross section of the strand. The profile strand for the vulcanization is heated up in-situ by contact- and/or convection heat and/or microwave radiant heat, after its application on the substrate and laid down in contact with a molding base taking up the substrate. The molding base is heated up as an in-situ vulcanization device to a temperature favorable for the vulcanization of the profile strand.
